Abstract
Considering the need to analyze the mass behavior of investors and to better understand the factors affecting this behavioral trend in the capital market, the purpose of this research is to study the impact of the ranking score of the disclosure quality of corporations with political connections in the stock market on corporations that have mass behavior of investors in the stock market. The time frame of the research is "1396-1401" in them. Also, the effect of exchange rate fluctuations and inflation (which has undergone significant changes during the research period) on the occurrence of mass behavior of investors of corporations with political connections, which has been seen in mass buying and selling, was investigated. The results of the research confirmed the existence of a significant and inverse relationship between the quality of disclosure and a significant and direct relationship between the political connections of corporation's traders and the incidence of mass behavior. Also, there is a significant and direct relationship between exchange rate fluctuations and inflation and the occurrence of mass behavior. These factors reduced the impact of disclosure quality on mass reduction.
