This study aims to identify the factors affecting the level of public participation in the stock market. In this regard, a parallel and complementary markets and the theoretical foundations of public participation in the capital markets and its influencing factors were analyzed. Using SPSS and LISREL software shows that Public Participatian is directly and indirectly influenced by parallel markets and institutions, as well as socio-cultural and technological factors, rules and regulations of the capital market and also the procedures of the SEO.
